How do we know which retreat is right for us?
That's what the pre-planning conversation is for. We'll learn about your team, what you're hoping to accomplish, and how much time you have available, then recommend the experience that seems like the best fit.
What if our team isn't dealing with a particular challenge?
That's completely fine. Retreats can be valuable when things are going well, too. Sometimes the best time to invest in your team is when you have the space and energy to be intentional about what's next.
How many people can attend?
Most retreats are designed for teams of 5–25 participants, although larger groups can be accommodated.
Do you travel?
Yes. We facilitate retreats throughout California and beyond. Anniversary pricing applies to retreats within San Luis Obispo and Northern Santa Barbara Counties. Travel beyond the area may incur an additional agreed upon fee.
Do you provide the venue?
Use of our conference room is included for up to 12 participants.
We're also happy to recommend locations or work with a venue you've already selected.
Can we choose the retreat topic?
Yes. We offer a selection of proven retreat themes and will help you choose the one that best supports your team's goals.
Is food included?
Venue and catering are arranged separately so you have flexibility in creating the experience that's right for your team.
What happens after we book?
We'll schedule a planning conversation, confirm logistics, recommend the best retreat focus, and take care of the facilitation so you can simply enjoy the day with your team.
